About Me
Hi there! I'm Christine Yip. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, specializing in Gestational Diabetes and Prediabetes. I help overwhelmed women looking to conceive and expecting mamas balance blood sugars with confidence and feel at ease.
I started my career in 2018 as a Registered Dietitian, and eventually had the pleasure to work with Maternal Fetal Medicine. This open door led me to my passion for helping and supporting women with Gestational Diabetes and Prediabetes on their journey to a healthy pregnancy.
My Mission
At Glow & Grow, my mission is to empower my clients by providing personalized, stress-free nutrition guidance and support. I strive to help my clients enjoy a balanced diet (including carbohydrates!) while effectively managing their blood sugars for a safe and healthier pregnancy.
My Vision
My vision is to be the leading provider of compassionate, evidence-based nutritional care for my clients. I aim to be a supportive provider where every woman feels confident and informed about her dietary choices, contributing to the overall health and well-being of both mother and baby.

Mama life: Mom to one spunky silly baby boy and energetic pup.
Fun facts: I'm very good at headstands! I'm a crazy plant mama and collected over 100 house plants at one point.
Favorite foods: Mushrooms, yogurt, noodles, and donuts (surprise - I eat carbs!).
Hobbies: Traveling, spending time with my husband and kids (yes, the pup is a kid), and trying new restaurants.
